The deal was signed early this morning after Hornets owner Michael Jordan and general manager Rich Cho with Stephenson last night in Las Vegas. The Pacers offered Stephenson a five-year, $44 million contract on July 1, but Stephenson's representatives felt the offer undervalued him. For more on the deal, click here.

It happened around 9:00 last night near the corner of Washington and Gladstone on the east side of Indianapolis.  As the car sped away, gunfire erupted from a nearby pedestrian. Police said they found the girl suffering from a leg fracture. She was taken to the hospital.  The person who fired the shots remains a mystery.  If you were in that area last night and saw who fired those shots, you're asked to call Crime Stoppers at 262-TIPS.

COLDEST HIGH POSSIBLE TODAY:

IT'S a chilly morning across central Indiana with temperatures dropping into the low 60s. Later today, our high will top out at only 71 degrees, which would tie the record for the coldest maximum temperature for the date. That mark was established back in 1917! We're not ruling out a stray shower or sprinkle today, but most won't see a drop. By Thursday, expect sunny skies from start to finish and milder temperatures after near record lows tomorrow morning.  For more on Chuck Lofton's forecast, click here.

The store is located along County Line Road, near the Greenwood Park Mall. The North Carolina based company has opened stores in Noblesville and Carmel in the past couple years. The new store is in direct competition with organic grocer "Fresh Thyme", which opened just last month in the Greenwood area.
