RICHMOND, Ind. -

All of the survivors of a fatal crash between a Greyhound bus and a stolen car have been released from Indiana hospitals.

A representative of Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis told the Palladium-Item that bus driver William Cole Sr. of St. Louis was treated at the hospital Sunday but had been released.

Reid Hospital in Richmond also treated 18 bus passengers with non-life-threatening injuries. Hospital spokesman Larry Price said Monday that two passengers that were admitted had been released.

Sheriff Jeff Cappa said the crash Sunday morning on Interstate 70 near the Ohio border killed Phillip Lloyd of Richmond. He was driving a stolen car traveling westbound in an eastbound lane.

The bus was traveling from St. Louis to New York City, with a stop in Dayton, Ohio.
