Stronger storms are well to our north this evening but another line of storms is approaching the Indiana.
While most of our viewing area is outlined for a slight risk of severe weather, it appears most of the stronger storms will be in our northern viewing area. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect for some of our viewing area.
Some of the thunderstorms that arrive tonight could produce some damaging winds, heavy rain, and lightning. Flooding could be an issue. Be aware that warnings may be issued for during the overnight.
There is still a chance of more thunderstorms in our southern and eastern viewing area Tuesday afternoon as the cold front stalls out. Most areas will remain dry with temperatures climbing into the mid to upper 80s with muggy conditions.
Much cooler and drier conditions build in by mid week. The 4th of July looks fantastic with sunny skies and dry weather.
