New Electric TV video showcases how the Code of Excellence a combination of ability and attitude - is contributing to jobs done right the first time.

Denver, CO (PRWEB) June 19, 2014

There are few companies whose brand relies more on a reliable connection than Facebook. Behind every keystroke and mouse click is a rock solid communication infrastructure. The latest release from ElectricTV.net (or ETV) may feature Facebook in its title, but at its heart recounts the outstanding work provided by NECA Contractor Rosendin Electric and the electricians of IBEW Local 280.

As a result of the NECA and IBEW teams commitment to excellence, Facebook officially likes the quality and benefits of union workers managed by a union contractor; Facebook: Code of Excellence, tells the story of how the electrical teams two core principles of attitude and ability are on display. Behind-the-scenes interviews with individuals from Facebook, Rosendin Electric, and IBEW Local 280 reveal these Code of Excellence benefits and more on the Facebook project.

The Code of Excellence is an agreement between IBEW labor and the contractor to work as a team. Its a commitment to common-sense values and it facilitates cooperation to bring about outstanding results. It clearly defines the goals not only for the overall project, but also for daily tasks, such as manpower needs, tool requirements, and a spirit of total communication.

Throughout the project, Rick DeWitt, Facebooks Chief Facilities Engineer, observed the union electricians stellar work habits and commitment to doing the job correctly. Progress was always maintained, stated DeWitt, who further lauded the electrical teams craftsmanship and proficiency.

K.C. Beddow, Area Superintendent for NECA member Rosendin Electric, the projects electrical contractor, states that the project came in on time and under budget, and says that production goals were consistently met.
