$1,000 reward offered for information in Speedway Coke lot murder

INDIANAPOLIS -

Speedway Police are now offering a reward for information on who killed a man at the Coke lot on race weekend.

Three weeks after the crime, investigators are now reaching out for help.

25-year-old Max Levine was shot in the overnight hours of Saturday, May 24th.

Police temporarily arrested a suspect for the murder, but let him go after admitting they made a mistake in how witnesses were interviewed.

Detectives are now offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest. Call 317-262-TIPS with any relevant information.
