Our clear start to Sunday will mean lots of sunshine for Father's Day. From morning temperatures in the 50s, it will warm into the 70s by noon. We are forecasting highs in the 80s Sunday afternoon.
There will be a complex of storms to track Sunday night and Monday. There is a slight risk for severe weather across western and northwestern Indiana Sunday night. We are timing the best chance for a few showers and storms after 6pm Sunday.
Scattered storms stay in the forecast for Monday too, with highs in the 80s.
The heat is on for most of the week, with highs in the upper 80s to near 90 degrees Tuesday through Friday. A couple of storms will be possible, but after Monday the better chance doesn't arrive until Thursday and Friday.
