INDIANAPOLIS - Father's Day has come early to the Labor Department.

Secretary Tom Perez is talking about ways to help working dads who are both breadwinners and parents.

"There are exactly four nations that don't have any form of paid parental leave. There's Swaziland, Lesotho, Papua New Guinea and the United States of America," Secretary Perez said Monday. "I keep asking the question, how is it that the rest of the world has figured this out and we seem to be behind?"

One of Perez's biggest points was that an increase in the minimum wage would help working dads achieve better work-life balance.
