Heavy rain has been tracking across central Indiana this morning. Most areas have received anywhere from a half an inch of rain to over one and a half inches of rain.
This round of showers and storms are moving off to the east at a fast clip. Rain will come to an end by early afternoon with another round of showers and thunderstorms possible in South Central Indiana.
This area is under a slight risk of severe weather today, with the main threats being damaging winds and large hail. There is the possibility of an isolated tornado. Cooler and drier air will arrive later this evening, making way for a beautiful Thursday. It will be less humid with temperatures near seasonal for this time of year.
