RICHMOND, Ind. - Richmond Police have arrested a suspect in the death of 17-year-old Caleb Woosley. The teen was found beaten to death in an alley in May.

Two months later, another teen faces charges in the case. Officers arrested 16-year-old Michael Pruitt for homicide.

Detectives say more arrests are expected as their investigation continues.

Police were called to an alley in the 200 block between 14th and 15th Streets on May 18th. Detectives found Woosley dead at the scene.

Neighbors said they heard some yelling overnight, but thought nothing of it. They struggled to understand the teen's death.

"It's a baby," said Rod Snider. "17 is still a baby. When you got much more life ahead of you....It's just a shame."
