A few more scattered showers will continue this evening, tapering off by 7:00 p.m.
A ridge of high pressure will move in, allowing the clouds will clear out. Temperatures will fall nearly 15 degrees below normal tomorrow morning with low in the upper 30s and low 40s.
A Frost Advisory is in effect for Franklin, Fayette, Wayne, and Union counties Sunday, from 3am to 10am. Temperatures will fall into the upper 30s, allowing patchy frost to develop.
Sunny and dry conditions will finally return on Sunday. Temperatures will still be running several degrees below normal, with highs in the mid sixties.
A warming trend continues this week with temperatures climbing into the low 70s on Monday and near 80 degrees by Tuesday. A cold front will arrive on Wednesday, bringing a chance of showers and thunderstorms.
