COLD AND WET MORNING:

Look for a couple of periods of showers with highs in the 50s today and tomorrow. Most of the rain will be light and we aren't under any risk of severe weather at this time.

PENCE TO ANNOUNCE STATE HEALTHCARE PLAN:

Governor Mike Pence is planning an expansion of the Healthy Indiana Plan that he hopes will serve as an alternative to traditional Medicaid. The plan will create two tiers of the Healthy Indiana Plan and expand the state's hospital assessment fee to cover the cost.

FATHER SENTENCED:

Today a man who prosecutors say starved his child to death, learns how much time he will spend in prison. Investigators say Gregory Robey and the infant's mother Bambi Glazebrook, were responsible for the death of three-month-old Phillip Robey. Last November, police found the malnourished baby dead in the drawer of an entertainment center.

MR. GEORGE GOES TO WASHINGTON:

The Pacers are back in the nation's capitol tonight to take on the Washington Wizards in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals. A win would wrap up the series and send them to to the Eastern Conference Finals to take on the Heat for the second consecutive season. If they don't win, they'll have to play a game seven at Bankers Life Fieldhouse on Sunday.

NEW DOWNTOWN GROCERY STORE:

A new grocery store is officially open downtown. A live look at the new Marsh store on Michigan and Capitol Streets downtown. It opened its doors at 6:00 AM. It's is part of a development that includes hundreds of apartments. There will be free parking for cars and bikes in adjacent garage off Michigan Street.
