Comcast Cares Day participants cleaned and landscaped the grounds at Holliday Park
More than 1,500 local Comcast employees, their family members, friends and community partners “made change happen” as a part of Comcast Cares Day. Comcast Cares Day, which takes place each April during National Volunteer Month, is Comcast’s and NBCUniversal’s signature day of service and the nation’s largest single day corporate volunteer effort. This year, the company saw more than 80,000 Comcast and NBCUniversal volunteers participate in more than 700 projects across the country and around the globe, including 15 in Indiana. To date, more than half a million volunteers have contributed more than 3 million volunteer hours nationwide since Comcast Cares Day started in 2001.
