Tuesday will be a beautiful day in Indiana, and with highs in the 70s today, we begin a significant warm up. In fact, tomorrow look for a warm front to move out with highs in the low to mid 80s. Wednesday will be the warmest day in Indianapolis since October of 2013.
We're currently in the midst of our longest sub-80 degree temperature stretch since the fall of 1996/spring of 1997. The streak will be snapped in a big way Wednesday and Thursday, as highs soar well into the 80s. Central Indiana remains rain-free until Friday, as widespread rain/storms develop along a cool front.
A front will stall out across the area Saturday, providing storm chances to start the weekend.
