We have kept the temperatures mild, but Monday morning, we saw scattered thunderstorms with some heavy downpours of rain around 3:30 this morning in Madison and Boone Counties. Look for wet pavement this morning and, although most of the day will be dry, we'll see a chance for a thunderstorm during the day.
Highs will be mainly in the 70s for central and southern Indiana Monday and Tuesday. The passage of a warm front Tuesday night brings us to our first 80 degree day since October of 2013.
Look for a summer-like hazy, sunny sky and unseasonably warm highs Wednesday and Thursday, with highs in the mid-80s.
Our next widespread rain/storm chance arrives late Thursday night into Friday.
