Marion County tests voting machines

INDIANAPOLIS -

Marion County is making sure everything is ready when you cast your vote in this year's primary election.

A sampling of voting machines is being tested to make sure that all the various ballots in the election are working with the machines.

"In other words, every kind of ballot voters would see. And we're testing to see that every single ballot style is read properly. And we've of course made sure all the election equipment, all the 600 pieces of equipment are working properly," said Beth White, Marion County clerk.

The primary election is on May 6th.
