Results of a second autopsy conducted at a family's request match an earlier initial cause of death for a Michigan doctor whose body was found in an Indiana lake.

Private investigator Jim Carlin tells the Kalamazoo Gazette the second autopsy was conducted Friday by the coroner's office in Marion County, Ind., on the body of 30-year-old Teleka Patrick.

Carlin says results confirm the findings of the coroner in Porter County, Indiana.

Kalamazoo County Sheriff Richard Fuller said on Wednesday that there were no signs of trauma or foul play. He said an initial cause of death appeared to be drowning. Toxicology results were pending.

Patrick's body was pulled April 6 from Lake Charles. The doctor's car was abandoned nearby on Dec. 5 along Interstate 94.
