A fantastic day and weekend in Indiana. After a breezy start for the Race For The Cure look for highs in the mid 70s and they stay there for tonight's Indy Eleven home opener. Thunderstorms roll in late tomorrow and a dramatic drop in temps takes place next week. We'll see highs in the low 60s Monday and the wet 40s by Tuesday.
It is quite a change in patterns, with summer like weather today and tomorrow and a big cool down and wet by mid week, next week.
Another example of a strange spring in Indiana.
ON THIS DAY IN CENTRAL INDIANA WEATHER HISTORY
In 2002, large hail fell in a strong thunderstorm on the Indiana University campus in Bloomington.
