Two suspects accused in a deadly shooting at an Indianapolis clothing store appeared before a judge Wednesday for the first time.

On Wednesday, botth teenagers were formally charged with murder.

Marion County Prosecutors Office spokeswoman Peg McLeish says Rhodes was charged as an adult despite his age. Both men also face robbery and firearms charges.

Lee was shot in the head Sunday at the 'Body Gear' store near 38th and Rural Streets on the northeast side, according to police. He later died in surgery.

Investigators said a group of people went into the store and started stealing merchandise when they were confronted by Lee and shots were fired. Police are still looking for up to four more suspects. Investigators believe that Graves was the shooter.

It wasn't clear whether a woman who also was shot Sunday remains hospitalized.
