An area of light snow continues to move toward central Indiana. The steadiest snow will fall from just after midnight through 7am. Up to an inch of snow is possible. This isn't a lot of snow, but the timing is tricky. There will be a few slick roads early Tuesday. A mix of clouds and sun is in the Tuesday afternoon forecast, with highs near 30 degrees.
Arctic air is back in the forecast for the rest of the week. Lows will dip to near zero Wednesday morning, with highs only in the teens. The average high is near 45 degrees, but we will be about 20 colder than that through the weekend. Lows stay in the single digits for Thursday and Friday too. We will also be monitoring the development of a potential winter storm for Sunday and Monday. This is still 5-6 days away, but know that we are tracking it closely and will keep you updated.
