MURDER SUSPECT ARRESTED:
Police caught a murder suspect after a high-speed pursuit on the northwest side of Indianapolis. Detectives had the suspect under surveillance and requested officers to make a traffic stop on the suspect's vehicle near W. 86th Street and Michigan Road around 10 last night. The driver accelerated. The pursuit continued west on 86th Street at speeds of more than 100 mph. The suspect lost control near Lafayette Road and crashed into a grove of trees. The unidentified suspect is believed to be a suspect in a homicide on North Capitol Avenue. Kris Kirschner is following this story and will have a live report at 6:30AM.
