Sixth suspect charged in October 2013 home invasion

INDIANAPOLIS -

A sixth suspect has been charged in an October 2013 home invasion.

Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry announced the charges Friday against a previously unidentified suspect. Isaiah Hill (also known as Zeke Hill) faces several counts in connection with the incident, which occurred on E. 79th St. on October 29th. Hill was arrested in Texas and will be extradited to Marion County.

Six suspects have now been charged with 35 total counts each for their alleged involvement in the crime. The charges include multiple counts of Rape (A Felony), Burglary (A Felony), Criminal Deviate Conduct (A Felony), Carjacking (B Felony), Criminal Confinement (B Felony), Robbery (B Felony), Battery (C Felony), Intimidation (C Felony) and Battery by Body Waste (A Misdemeanor).

Suspects:

· Isaiah Hill (aka Zeke Hill)

· Adrian Anthony

· Demetre Brown

· Alexander Dupree

· Michael Pugh

· Trae Spells

Five suspects have been charged with 40 total counts each for their alleged involvement the North Spring Mill Road incident on October 24, 2013:

· Adrian Anthony

· Demetre Brown

· Taiwan Lundy

· Michael Pugh

· Trae Spells

Also, six additional suspects are charged in connection with at least one of the two crimes:

· Amber Deckard: Charged with Assisting a Criminal (C Felony), Auto Theft (D Felony) and Theft (D Felony).

· James Phillips: Charged with Assisting a Criminal (C Felony) and Theft (D Felony).

· Ira Marsh: Charged with Assisting a Criminal (C Felony) and Theft (D Felony).

· Jade Lundy: Charged with Assisting a Criminal (C Felony) and Theft (D Felony).

· Renee Washington: Charged with Assisting a Criminal (C Felony) and Theft (D Felony).

· Sierra White: Charged with Assisting a Criminal (C Felony).

Note: A charge of a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
