INDIANAPOLIS -

Indianapolis Metro Police are looking for two armed men who tied up customers and employees while they robbed a Game Stop store late Monday night.

According to IMPD, one of the suspects went into the store at 3269 W. 86th St. a little before 10:00 pm posing as a customer. A second man came in a little later with a silver revolver. He approached the counter, pushing customers out of the way while he pointed his pistol at the clerk. The first man also pulled out a gun at that point.

The two men forced four store employees and four customers into the back room, where they zip-tied them and forced them to lie on the floor.

One of those customers was concerned about revealing his identity, but agreed to share with Eyewitness News what happened so police can help catch the suspects.

"They actually put us on the ground and zip-tied us really hard. They didn't care, man. They just tied us up really hard," he said.

Another robbery victim told us, "He pushed me. He said, 'Go over there, go over there!' And I was like, 'What is going on?' Then he said, 'It's a robbery.'"

"Every time he talked to somebody, he would threaten him and point the gun at him with his finger on the trigger," the witness added.

The store warns would-be robbers with a front door sticker indicating closed circuit television as part of the security system. But the suspects didn't bother to cover their faces. In fact, one of them was caught looking directly at the camera.

Before cleaning out the store of merchandise and cash, one of the robbers threatened to shoot the store manager.

"He told [the manager] if you do anything funny or stupid, I am going to kill you," said one of the customers.

The robbers left with thousands of dollars' worth of gaming consoles, including 15 XBox consoles and several PlayStation games.

One of the customers suspects there may have been another person driving the getaway car. Police are investigating that possibility.
