The city of South Bend wants to find a new use for the former College Football Hall of Fame building.
Four developers have offered proposals for the property.
Now the city is asking them for more information about their plans.
South Bend Business Development Director Chris Fielding told WSBT-TV the city doesn't want to just fill the 52,000-square-foot building, it wants to make sure it has the right mix of businesses.
Current proposals include a casino, another museum, and a culinary training center.
The building has been closed since last December when the Hall of Fame moved to Atlanta.
