NOBLESVILLE, Ind. -

After several hours of negotiations, a standoff in Noblesville ended with the suspect surrendering.

Police responded to the 1200 block of Harrison Street just before 5 AM Saturday after receiving a report of gunfire.

They say the suspect, 33-year-old Levi Harrison of Brownsburg, hid in a home when officers arrived.

After several failed attempts to contact him, Noblesville police called for a crisis negotiation team.

Harrison surrendered to police just after 8:30 AM and was taken to Riverview Hospital to be examined.

No word yet if Harrison will face any criminal charges.
