The rain from earlier today is over, but temperatures have really struggled. Afternoon temperatures were only in the 50s. We will have a very similar day as we start the weekend on Saturday.
Skies will clear overnight and it will be a crisp start to Saturday, with morning temperatures in the upper 30s and lower 40s. Enjoy the sunshine Friday afternoon, with highs in the lower 60s.
Rain arrives Saturday. It will be a cold rain, with Saturday temperatures in the upper 40s and lower 50s for highs.
The rain moves out for Sunday. So Sunday will be your dry day this weekend. Highs will rebound into the lower 60s on Sunday afternoon. Monday will be mild too, with highs in the 60s. There is a chance for a few showers late Monday, as much colder air begins to move our way. It will be cold enough for the first freeze and the first flurries next week. We are still working out the timing and all of the numbers, but be prepared for a dramatic drop in temperature starting Tuesday.
