A crash on Interstate 65 backed up traffic during the Thursday morning rush hour.
Police say a UPS truck grazed a pick-up truck that was broken down on the side of the interstate. The driver of the UPS truck lost control and ended up off the road in a tree.
The driver of the UPS truck was taken to the hospital to be checked for injuries. The driver of the pick-up truck was not injured.
The crash happened on I-65 near 71st Street.
Crews were called to the scene to investigate possible hazards from spilled fuel and to check the stability of trees struck in the crash.
