The Plainfield Police Department is investigating the disappearance of an adult who may be disoriented and require medical attention.
Andrew J. Schanz is an 89-year-old white male, 5' 7" tall, and 150 pounds, with short gray hair, and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a pair of jeans and a jacket, both of unknown color. He has a tattoo of an anchor on one of his forearms.
Andrew J. Schanz was last seen Saturday, prior to 4 p.m., and is believed to be in danger.
He is believed to be driving a maroon 1999 Lincoln Town Car with Indiana Handicap plate VGB131.
If encountering Mr. Schanz, use caution and immediately notify law enforcement.
