Foggy Monday morning in central Indiana

Updated:
INDIANAPOLIS -
Fog will be big part of the weather story during your early morning commute Monday, with school delays rolling in from northern counties.  A Fog Advisory is in effect for counties along the I-69 corridor west to U.S. 31, including Kokomo, where residents report virtually no visibility.

Overcast skies may linger into the midday before a brighter finish arrives during Monday evening.

We'll see a warm-up into the eighties by mid-week. A storm system and cold front could develop towards the end of the week. We'll be keeping an eye on the late-week storm as current modeling indicates it could be our strongest front in quite some time.  At the very least it could deliver some of the coldest air since late April.

It's still far away, so exact details of timing and strength are uncertain. Stay tuned to Eyewitness News for your latest forecast!
