It's been a long time coming. But the plaintiffs are fixing to wrap up their case in the lawsuit against the company that was to put on Michael Jackson's farewell tour.
Katherine Jackson is to return to the stand to continue the testimony she started on Friday. While on the stand, the pop star's mom was in tears as she described hearing about her son's death in 2009.
She also said she was concerned about the pace of the comeback tour. Mrs. Jackson said she told Randy Phillips, head of AEG Live, that her son could do 50 shows - but not so close together.
She is suing AEG, saying the company didn't properly check out Dr. Conrad Murray - the cardiologist convicted of killing Jackson with an overdose of the anesthetic propofol.
