Singer Marc Bolan's son is suing a music publisher for more than $2 million. Roland Seymour Feld filed the suit against Westminster Music Limited in Los Angeles last week.
He claims the company didn't renew its contract to use the British glam rock star's hits. Felt claims the copyrights to his dad's songs expired at the end of 1999, giving him sole ownership to the music, as the performer's only heir.
Bolan was frontman for T. Rex, known for hits like "Bang a Gong (Get It On)" and "Jeepster." He died in a car wreck in 1977.
