Tickets are becoming hard to find as the Indiana Pacers advance in the NBA Playoffs.
Pacers fans were outside of Bankers Life Fieldhouse for Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals before noon Tuesday.
It is not a time for the causal fan - this is fanatic time. Members of the G2 fan club dressed like a Viking with Pacers tickets, alongside Kenneth - aka "Fireman Pacer," donning his signature yellow firefighter's helmet, have their tickets and can not wait to get inside.
At 1 p.m., as the Pacers fan rally was winding down, Eyewitness News found Fireman Pacer and his friends camping out. Hours before the start of the game, they were planning one quick trip to the Miami Heat's hotel to aggravate their fans.
"We are going to be here until the game ends. I will be here all day from 11:30 until whenever the game ends," said Fireman Pacer.
Is it because he is so excited that he can not go anywhere else?
"No, I'm that dedicated to the team." said Fireman Pacer.
Dedication to the team, if you are not a season ticket holder, comes at a price. At this point, forget going to the box office. The last tickets were sold Tuesday morning, which means for the cheap seats, expect to pay $95 and for something a little closer, Circle City Tickets has a handful of good seats for sale.
"The best ticket we have right now, in hand, are fifth row court level right across from the Heat bench," said Michael Peduto.
Those seats are going for $850 a seat.
Tickets for Game 4 are selling a little cheaper than Game 3. However, if the Pacers win tonight, the series comes back to Indianapolis for Game 6 and that could be a pricey ticket.
