16 oz. tomatillo sauce (either fresh or canned)
1 half roasted onion
1 garlic glove roasted
½ teaspoon salt and pepper
½ cup chopped cilantro
½ cup sour cream
Add chicken or other protein or serve vegetarian.
If Roasting: Place tomatillo, onion and garlic on roasting pan. Roast for approximately 8 minutes. Place in blender and blend. Place in pan, warm and add sour cream just until blended.
