13-Minute Meals: Citrus dressing

Citrus Dressing - recipe by Chef Suzanne

1 cup vanilla yogurt

½ cup mandarin oranges

1 cup mandarin orange juice

1 tablespoon fresh parsley

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

Whisk all ingredients in a bowl or blender. Serve over your choice of salad, including kale, strawberries, orange segments, red onion and cucumber.
