Secretary of State Connie Lawson is asking residents to donate suits and money to help women find new jobs.
Lawson said Wednesday the donations will empower women looking for work. She's asking men to chip in by asking the women in their life for donations.
Lawson's collecting the donations for a group called Dress for Success that helps low-income women dress and prepare for job interviews.
Lawson will collect donations April 15-19 at her Statehouse office.
