Purdue accepted a bid to host Western Illinois Wednesday in the College Basketball Invitational (CBI). Game time is set for 7:00 p.m. in Mackey Arena.
Purdue will be making its first appearance in the CBI after falling out of the Big Ten tournament in the first round Thursday with a 57-55 loss to Nebraska.
Tickets go on sale to John Purdue Club members at 9:00 a.m. Monday and to the general public at noon through the Purdue Athletic Ticket Office.
With a win on Wednesday, Purdue would advance to meet the winner of Vermont and Santa Clara on Monday, March 25.
