Authorities say a man convicted of conspiracy in a botched Indianapolis home robbery that left two women and their young children dead has failed to report from a work-release detail.

Marion County Prosecutor's Office spokeswoman Peg McLeish tells The Indianapolis Star that Tommy Warren failed to return while on a medical pass. She says a bench warrant was issued Thursday for his arrest. He was sentenced in 2010 to 10 years in prison followed by two years in community corrections.

Warren is one of five men charged in connection with the slayings of 24-year-olds Andrea Yarrell and Gina Hunt and their children, 5-month-old Charlii Daye-Yarrell and 23-month-old Jordan Hunt.

McLeish says Warren could face additional charges, including escape or failure to return to lawful detention.
