A man was shot in the leg Sunday afternoon after shots were exchanged over the sale of a car in the 5200 block of Ralston Avenue.
Police were dispatched to the north side around 3 p.m. for a person shot. Officers arrived and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to his leg.
The victim was alert and conscious when police arrived and told police that he was selling a Cadillac and that he exchanged gunfire with at least four people. Three of the people fled on foot and one other left the area in a light color Grand Prix.
