Beech Grove police are searching for a suspect in a home invasion robbery.
Investigators say a white male with a "pronounced dimple" in his forehead forced his way into a home in the Carrington subdivision off 9th Street on January 17. The man allegedly knocked on the door, asked the victim for directions, then forced his way inside.
The man fled the scene in a blue, four-door vehicle with a loud exhaust.
Anyone with information about the man, or who may have seen something suspicious in the area on the morning of January 17, is asked to call Beech Grove Crime Tips at (317) 782-4950 or email your tip to crimetips@beechgrove.com.
