INDIANAPOLIS -

A second suspect charged in the Richmond Hill explosion is asking for a change of venue.

13 Investigates has learned Mark Leonard wants his case moved out of Marion County too.

Leonard is facing murder and arson charges along with his brother, Bob, and Monserrate Shirley, the owner of the home where the blast originated. The November 10 explosion killed two people, Dion and Jennifer Longworth, and damaged dozens of homes, many of which had to be demolished.

Just a week ago, Monserrate Shirley's attorney asked that her trial be moved out of county.

The Marion County Prosecutor's office is opposing the motions, saying there has been widespread publicity, but that it was a result of the Leonard's and Shirley's former attorney allowing them to make statements to the media.
