Jet reporting brake issue lands safely at Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS -

A U.S. Airway regional jet with 46 people on board has landed safety at Indianapolis International Airport after a reporting possible problem with its brakes.

Airport spokesman Carlo Bertolini says emergency crews were in position on the runway when the flight from Washington, D.C. landed without incident at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday.

He says the flight was bound for Indianapolis.
