IMPD homicide called to home on northwest side

INDIANAPOLIS -

Metro Police detectives are on the scene of what they are calling a death investigation on the northwest side of Indianapolis.

Police were called to a home in the 4500 block of Golden Meadow Court, near 46th and Moller Road, just before 4:45 a.m. and found a deceased person inside.  At that point, homicide detectives were called and are now in the early stages of their investigation.

The victim was later identified as Benito Flores of Indianapolis. The victim was found by his son, who then called police. A cause and manner of death has not yet been determined.
