The Morgan County Sheriff's Department is on the scene of a fatal accident on State Road 67 and Duckworth Road north of Paragon.
Police tell Eyewitness News a PT Cruiser traveling southbound on SR 67 crossed the center line for reasons unknown and struck a northbound minivan Sunday night. A female passenger in the van died at the scene.
The male drivers of the van, and the PT Cruiser, were both taken to Methodist Hospital with injuries not thought to be life-threatening.
Police have not identified any of the people involved.
