INDIANAPOLIS -

There are names and tips surfacing in the search for a fourth suspect in the Richmond Hill explosion, but so far, no arrest.

Homeland Security Chief Gary Coons tells Eyewitness News investigators are still searching for an accomplice seen in a white van near the blast center the day of the explosion.

Last month, police arrested homeowner Monserrate Shirley, her boyfriend Mark Leonard and Leonard's brother, Bob, in connection with the explosion that killed two people and damaged 90 homes.

Coons reminds the public that award money from Crime Stoppers and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms will be given for information that leads to a conviction.

"Off and on, there's been actual names or descriptions. We're still doing interviews. It's an active investigation," Coons said.

He says investigators are confident in their case so far and are still awaiting test results from the ATF and the Marion County Crime Lab.
