Nas is out of the hospital and recovering from vertigo.
He tweeted that he's "out of the ER and doin alright" after canceling a performance on "Live! with Kelly and Michael" last Friday. The hosts announced on-air that he had gone to the hospital after flying to New York to appear on the show.
According to his tweet, Nas is on bedrest for a few days.
