Ben Affleck's "Argo" won the Golden Globe for best dramatic film. The other nominees were "Django Unchained," ''Life of Pi," ''Lincoln" and "Zero Dark Thirty." Affleck also won for best director for "Argo."

The 70th Golden Globes aired live on WTHR and NBC Sunday night.

Hugh Jackman was voted best actor in a musical or comedy by the Hollywood foreign press for his performance in "Les Miserables" which won the Golden Globe for best movie musical or comedy.

Anne Hathaway also won  for best supporting actress for her performance in "Les Miserables."

Daniel Day-Lewis won for best actor in a drama for his performance in "Lincoln." The other nominees Sunday night were Richard Gere ("Arbitrage"), John Hawkes ("The Sessions"), Joaquin Phoenix ("The Master") and Denzel Washington ("Flight").

Jessica Chastain won for best actress in a drama for her performance in "Zero Dark Thirty." The other nominees Sunday night were Marion Cotillard ("Rust and Bone"), Helen Mirren ("Hitchcock"), Naomi Watts ("The Impossible") and Rachel Weisz ("The Deep Blue Sea").

Jennifer Lawrence won for best actress in a comedy or musical for her performance in "Silver Linings Playbook."

In television categories, Lena Dunham's HBO show "Girls"won the Golden Globe for best TV comedy or musical series. The other nominees Sunday night were "The Big Bang Theory," ''Episodes," ''Modern Family" and "Smash."
