IMPD Homicide Detectives are on the scene of a death investigation in the 3500 block of Roseway Drive on the northeast side of Indianapolis.
At around 7:40 AM Friday morning, someone called 911 to report a body in the street.
IMPD officers found an unresponsive black male in the street in the 3500 block of Roseway Drive. Medic 44 responded and pronounced the man dead at the scene.
According to homicide detectives, it's too early in the investigation to confirm how he died.
There is an in-home day care down the block from where the body was located. Police say the day care does not appear to be connected to the incident. Police do not believe that any children were in danger.
