BLOOMINGTON -

A Bloomington man released from prison last year after serving 25 years for killing and dismembering a woman is facing several more years in prison.

The Indiana Parole Board ruled Tuesday that 57-year-old Robert Evan Lee should be sent back to prison for allegedly violating his parole.

Lee was released from prison in September after serving 25 years of his 60-year term in the 1985 killing and dismemberment of 31-year-old Ellen Marks of Bloomington. But he was arrested November after authorities say he violated his parole by trying to get into a car with a woman in South Bend.

The Herald-Times reports Lee is being held at northern Indiana's Westville Correctional Facility and appeared before the parole board Tuesday via a video teleconference.

Lee will remain in prison until 2029.
