The public can now rate and review their fitness instructors in the Los Angeles and Boston areas.
Los Angeles and Boston (PRWEB) January 04, 2013
Today marks an exciting day for the Los Angeles and Boston fitness communities. RateYourBurn, the go-to source for information and ratings for group fitness and yoga instructors, today launched a new feature for its L.A. and Boston fans: The public can now rate and review their fitness instructors. These features will also be launching in Portland, Ore., and Philadelphia, Pa., next month.
RateYourBurn is the premier source for unbiased fitness instructor reviews. The fitness blog launched in New York, L.A., and Boston in 2011, but the review platform has been live only in New York since June 2012. Amassing over 3,000 community reviews since its release, RYB has been a valuable tool for gym-goers to locate the best fitness instructors and fitness classes in their city. Though data for many states is not yet available to the public, RateYourBurn boasts the largest instructor database in existence. RYB currently gets over 110,000 unique monthly visitors.
The review platform is widely used in New York as a tool for both fitness instructors and fitness studios to learn what clients like (and don’t like) to help improve their services. It has also been used by gyms for hiring and employee analysis.
RateYourBurn’s mission is two-fold:
1. Provide a platform for clients to locate fitness instructors they’ll like, based on what similar-minded gym-goers are saying.
2. Facilitate the delivery of unbiased feedback to fitness instructors so that they can improve and grow their client base.
The company strongly believes that the fitness community can elevate the level of group fitness by showing instructors what clients like or don't like about their teaching. Every client has an opinion after a class, deciding whether or not they will return; RYB collects that feedback and makes it public for the benefit of all.
This new feature comes just in time for L.A. and Boston folks with fitness-related New Year’s resolutions who may feel a little lost about where to find the best fitness classes and most inspiring instructors.
So help a fellow gym-goer out, and write a review today!
