BROWNSTOWN, Ind. -

A woman who went missing during a frigid, late-night visit to a southern Indiana park was found uninjured at a nearby youth camp.

The Jackson County Sheriff's Department says 24-year-old Erica Holloway of Columbia City and her boyfriend entered the Jackson-Washington State Forest about 11 p.m. Tuesday and became separated about 2 a.m. Wednesday following an argument.

Holloway's boyfriend, 27-year-old Joshua Akers of Scottsburg, returned to his car and drove to the sheriff's department for help.

The sheriff says 30 to 40 people searched for Holloway overnight as temperatures fell to about 15 degrees. A passerby found Holloway about 8 a.m. at a nearby youth camp where she had found refuge in a cabin.

Holloway and Akers were issued citations for entering a state property after hours.
