Taylor Swift: no prosecution on trespassing charge

Posted: Updated:
NASHVILLE -

Remember the man who was arrested earlier this morning for climbing a fence at a Nashville home linked to Taylor Swift?

Prosecutors in Tennessee say they won't seek a criminal trespassing charge against the man.

Jacob Kulke of Wisconsin remains jailed in Nashville while fighting extradition Colorado for a probation violation. Swift was overseas at the time of the incident - and her spokeswoman has declined to comment on the case.

An attorney for the man says prosecutors discussed the decision not to prosecute with representatives for the country star.
